We use the name, order email, delivery telephone, street address, city, state/province, country, postal code, selected product references and optional note you provide to process payment, deliver your order and handle after-sales requests. Return requests contain the order reference, order email, request type and any optional explanation. Please do not include card numbers, identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive information.
PayPal handles payment credentials, including eligible Apple Pay transactions. We do not receive or store full card numbers or Apple Pay payment credentials in our order database. We store payment references, verified payment status and amounts for reconciliation. Hosting and security services may process technical request data such as IP addresses; checkout and return requests use short-lived hashed rate-limit records to prevent abuse.
Orders, delivery details, payment references and return requests are stored in our Cloudflare-hosted order database. Resend processes order and return-instruction emails. PayPal processes payments; the selected carrier and customs receive the delivery and declaration details necessary for transport and clearance. ServerChan forwards an order reference, product references and paid amount to the merchant's WeChat for order alerts; these alerts do not include your full delivery address or telephone number.
Your browser stores selected product references in local storage and a checkout recovery reference/token in session storage. These support shopping and payment recovery. Email copies and required shipping or customs records may also be retained. We do not sell or rent customer data.
We use order data to fulfil your contract and handle cancellations, refunds and support; to meet applicable accounting, tax and customs obligations; and where appropriate for the legitimate interests of security, fraud prevention and resolving disputes. We keep records only for the applicable legal retention period and as reasonably necessary for these purposes, then delete or anonymise them. We do not promise an unimplemented automatic deletion date.
We operate in China and use international payment, hosting, email and delivery providers. Information may therefore be processed in China and other countries where these providers operate. Applicable safeguards and lawful transfer arrangements must be used where required; placing an order does not waive your data rights. Contact us about the processing or transfer arrangements relevant to your order.
Shopping uses essential local/session storage; PayPal and hosting services may set security or payment cookies under their own policies. We do not intentionally add advertising trackers. If optional analytics or marketing tools are introduced, we will update this notice and obtain consent where required.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or a portable copy of your personal data, and complain to your competent data protection authority. Legal retention obligations may limit erasure. Email hello@wurdoo.com with “DATA REQUEST”; we aim to respond within one month, subject to any lawful extension. Only the identity information reasonably needed to protect your data will be requested.
The website is not directed at children under 16. We update the date above when this notice changes. Material changes affecting existing orders will be communicated where required.
