Prices and payments are in US dollars (USD). PayPal processes checkout; Apple Pay is shown only on eligible devices and supported accounts. The final checkout total includes any applicable bundle discount. An order is confirmed after successful payment; the confirmation email lists its reference, purchased pieces and amount. Do not pay again if the payment result is uncertain: use “Check payment status” or contact us.
Each numbered piece has quantity one. If we cannot fulfil a paid item, we will contact you and refund it; we will not substitute a different piece without your agreement. The $88 bracelet pair offer applies to two eligible $48 bracelets shipped together to one address.
Tracked standard shipping is included in the displayed price for the destinations currently offered in the checkout country selector. This is not a promise of delivery to every country. For a country not listed, contact us before purchasing so we can confirm service, costs and any additional requirements. A region's availability may differ by postcode.
Pieces offered for immediate purchase are held in stock. We pack in Shanghai, China and usually dispatch on the next working day after confirmed payment. Chinese public holidays or exceptional delays may extend preparation; we will contact you if affected. Preparation time and carrier transit time are separate.
We use a tracked international service suitable for the destination. The carrier, route, delivery estimate and any quoted upgrade are confirmed for your shipment; we do not guarantee ePacket, a specific commercial courier or a single carrier throughout the journey. A local delivery partner may make the final delivery. Tracking is provided after handover to the carrier.
Contact us before ordering if a specific delivery date is essential. Unless another delivery period is agreed, we aim to deliver within 30 days; statutory rights for late or missing delivery remain unchanged. See Refund & Return. We remain responsible for delivery as required by applicable consumer law; carrier problems do not automatically remove our responsibilities.
Import charges are not included unless a tax-paid service is expressly stated in your confirmed checkout or written quote. Otherwise the recipient may be asked to pay destination VAT, import duties or carrier clearance fees. The amount depends on destination, origin, product classification, value and current rules; no universal percentage applies to DHL, UPS or postal services.
DDP / duties-paid service is not automatically provided for all orders. If we expressly confirm a tax-paid quote, we will state which charges it includes before you accept it. We declare the actual transaction value and accurate product materials. Contact us if customs requests additional information. Do not assume a low-value parcel is tax-free.
If delivery is refused or fails, contact us so we can agree the next step. Any refund or deduction for actual shipping or return costs will follow the applicable consumer law and disclosed terms; it is not an automatic forfeiture of your payment.
Provide a complete name, contact telephone, street address, city, state/province where applicable, country and postal code where used. Please check these before payment and tell us immediately about an error. Address changes may not be possible once dispatched. Any reshipment cost will be explained before you agree to it; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Except where applicable law or the promise made at purchase requires otherwise, we do not accept returns or exchanges solely for a change of mind. EU/UK statutory withdrawal, eligible mainland-China seven-day returns and other local consumer rights are explained in our regional return policy. Returns go to Shanghai, China. For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer pays direct return postage where legally permitted and disclosed; we bear necessary return costs for confirmed defects or our error and any costs the law requires us to bear. Request full return instructions using the return form or email. Waiting for approval is not required to exercise a statutory cancellation right.
Choose the photographed numbered item and check the stated materials and measurements. Small disclosed handmade variations may occur; this does not excuse defects or a material mismatch with the description. These are fashion accessories, not climbing, lifting, protective or load-rated equipment. Check knots, attachment points and glass or small components before use. Stop using a damaged piece and keep small parts and long cords away from young children.
The Wurdoo name, mark and original site content may not be commercially reused without permission. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China without excluding mandatory consumer protections applicable to your purchase. Nothing here limits non-excludable liability, legal guarantees or payment-provider rights.
